Full Body Equine Chiropractic Adjustment
$125 - Includes history, physical exam, and full body (spine and extremities) chiropractic adjustment.
Head and Spine Equine Chiropractic Adjustment
$100 - Includes history, physical exam, and skull and spine chiropractic adjustments. (Does not include extremities)
Equine Exam
$65 - Includes history, physical exam, and gait analysis. This is used when an exam has been performed and determined that a chiropractic adjustment is not in the horse's best interest. Other options such as referral to your regular vet will be offered.
EquiProConnect Patient Portal
FREE- This is the portal for equine patient's medical records. Visit https://www.equiproconnect.com/Owners to create your patient portal for your horses, request appointments, and view medical records.
Unfortunately they currently do not offer canine modules at this time.
Full Body Canine Chiropractic Adjustment
$65 - Includes history, physical exam, and full body (spine and extremities) chiropractic adjustment.
Canine Exam
$50 - Includes history, physical exam, and gait analysis. This is used when an exam has been performed and determined that a chiropractic adjustment is not in the dog's best interest. Other options such as referral to your regular vet will be offered.
Travel Fee

No trip fee for visit within a 10 mile radius

$45 trip fee for 10-25 miles.

$2 per mile for each additional mile over

This fee can be split among multiple patients.
Other Animals

Any animal can be adjusted, from a guinea pig to an elephant. If you have another species you would like adjusted send me an email to discuss if Dr. Johnston will be able to accommodate you and for price.
Red area is a 10 mile radius and Green is a 25 mile radius
Terms and Conditions
Prepare for Visit

Please be ready for your appointment(s) [5-10 minutes] prior to the scheduled starting time so your animal is clean, ready and relaxed.

We recommend a minimum of 24 hours off from exercise after an adjustment so please plan accordingly. Exercising your horse prior to the appointment is perfectly fine.

Please have your horse secured in a location of the barn that is quiet and comfortable. For a more relaxed experience for your horse, avoid areas of high traffic and commotion (ie. main barn aisle during feed time).
Denial of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service should there be any concern for the animal's wellbeing.

We reserve the right to refuse service to an animal if the safety and wellbeing of the practitioner and client are in jeopardy.
Late Arrival Policy

Late arrivals made [15 minutes] after scheduled start time will be automatically cancelled and charged according to our cancellation policy.

At the discretion of Synergy in Motion LLC, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment for late arrivals. To be fair and courteous to everyone’s time, your service(s) may be shortened in order to keep on schedule.
Cancellations

At Synergy in Motion LLC, any appointments not canceled within 24 hours, no-show appointments, OR if you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled time are subject to our cancellation policy fees. Multiple services (two or more patients) require 48 hours cancellation notice.

Cancellation fees are as follows:

- Late cancellation fee is $25 - due when you schedule your next appoinement

- No-show fee is $50

- Rescheduling appointment within 48 hour period is $25. ($15 will be refunded at next appointment)

We value our time as well as yours, and cancellations or no-shows do cost us money. We are not only here to help your animals feel better but to make a living as well.

​We understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone's life. Cancellation policies may be waived at the discretion of Synergy in Motion LLC.

Your vet should be your first contact with any injury or illness. A chiropractic adjustment may not be in the animals' best interest with an undiagnosed illness or injury. We reserve the right to refuse to perform an adjustment on an undiagnosed injury or illness.

Dr. Coleen Johnston is a licensed veterinarian, but is focused on performing chiropractic adjustments to enhance your horse's well-being and recovery from injury or disease. She is willing to discuss your horse's medical condition, but will refer all diagnostic and treatment needs to your regular veterinarian.
